This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Nowfillit Technologies Private Limited ("TAXSEV", "we", "us") collects through the TAXSEV platform, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to customers, the experts who provide services through TAXSEV ("experts"), and anyone else who uses the platform.

We do not use your documents or personal data for any purpose beyond delivering the service you've booked, unless you separately consent to it.
We share your information only where necessary: with the expert assigned to your booking (limited to what's needed for that engagement); with our payment processor, to complete a transaction; with DigiLocker, if you choose to connect your account to import documents; and with law enforcement or regulators where required by law. We do not sell your personal data or documents to third parties, and we do not share them for advertising purposes.
TAXSEV uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences (such as light/dark mode). We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your account and booking information for as long as your account is active, or as required by applicable law (for example, tax and financial-recordkeeping requirements), whichever is longer. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time, subject to information we're legally required to retain.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, and restrict access to your documents to the expert assigned to your booking and authorised platform personnel who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations), and withdraw any consent you've previously given. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer complete a service that depends on the data or document you've withdrawn consent for. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.
TAXSEV is not directed at, and should not be used by, individuals under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you directly.
